Who We Are and Why We Were Built
Yoland Specialist Polyclinic was created to provide the residents of Nadd Al Hamar and East Dubai with convenient access to specialist healthcare without the need to travel across the city. We built more than just a general clinic — we created a true polyclinic with dedicated dental, dermatology, and family medicine departments under one roof.

Dental Department
Our dental department offers the full spectrum of oral healthcare — from routine checkups and professional cleaning through to complex restorative and aesthetic procedures. We treat patients of all ages, from a child’s first visit to adult orthodontics, implant surgery, and Hollywood smile transformations.
Our dentists are DHA-licensed specialists in their areas of practice. We use modern equipment and clinically validated techniques. Our pricing is published and transparent — patients receive a written cost estimate before any procedure begins, without exception.
Dental services at Yoland include: dental implants, dental veneers and Hollywood smile, orthodontics and Invisalign, teeth whitening, dental crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, teeth cleaning and polishing, pediatric dentistry, and tooth extraction.
Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine Department
Our dermatology department covers both medical skin conditions and aesthetic medicine — two areas of practice that are frequently separated in Dubai’s clinic landscape, but that benefit from being managed by the same specialist. A patient who visits us for Botox may also have a skin condition that benefits from medical treatment. A patient managing acne medically may also be a candidate for Hydrafacial or laser resurfacing. The ability to assess and treat the full picture in a single appointment, with a single doctor, produces better outcomes.
Our dermatologist and aesthetic doctors are DHA-licensed and trained in evidence-based aesthetic medicine. We use only original, pharmaceutical-grade products — Allergan Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane — purchased through licensed channels. We do not use unverified or counterfeit products, and we will always confirm the product being used during your consultation.
Dermatology and aesthetic treatments at Yoland include: Botox anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Hydrafacial, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatments.
Family Medicine Department
Our family medicine department is the foundation of Yoland as a polyclinic — the department that makes us a medical home rather than a specialty destination. Staffed by experienced DHA-licensed general practitioners and family medicine doctors, this department handles everything that does not require specialist referral: acute illnesses, routine and annual health screenings, chronic disease management, vaccinations, travel health, occupational health certificates, blood tests and investigations, paediatric wellness checks, and the general health needs of the whole family across all ages.
The family medicine doctor at Yoland is also the coordinator of your care within the polyclinic. If a patient presents with a concern that would benefit from specialist input — from our dentist or dermatologist — the referral happens within the building, often within the same appointment. The patient does not need to navigate a separate booking system, a different location, or a new set of medical records. Their care is joined up from the outset.
For many of our patients, particularly families who have relocated to Dubai and are building their healthcare relationships from scratch, having a trusted family doctor, dentist, and dermatologist all within the same clinic — all aware of each other’s work — is one of the most practically valuable things Yoland offers.
